DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EUROPEAN REGULATION

07073400157, in its capacity as Data Controller, would like to inform you, pursuant to art. 13 of
Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 “GDPR”, that your data will be processed by the following
methods and for the following purposes:


1/ Processing methods
Personal data provided by you will be processed by the Data Controller mainly on computer
and by electronic means and occasionally in printed form.


2/ Processing purposes
Your personal data will be processed in compliance with art. 6 paragraph 1 letters A and B
of the GDPR, for the following purposes:
A: processing and fulfilling requests for information received by the website
through contact forms;
B: processing and fulfilling the newsletter subscription request


3/ Storage
Purpose 2.A: The personal data provided will be stored for the time needed for the fulfilment
of the request. Based on the request (should it have a negative outcome), the data will in any
case be kept for no longer than 10 years, without being directly processed.
Purpose 2.B: The personal data provided for the time required to fulfil the purpose of sending
the newsletter and up to the request for erasure sent by the data subject.


4/ Access to personal data
Your data may be made accessible for the aforementioned purposes to:
    » employees and associates of the Data Controller, in their capacity
as designated subjects
    » any other subjects (internal or external) identified by the Data Controller
    for the implementation of the purposes referred to in this disclosure


5/ Data communication
Personal data collected in this manner shall not be disclosed, transferred to or exchanged in
any way with third parties.


6/ Data transfer
Personal data will be managed and stored on servers located in the European Union. The data
shall not be subject to transfer outside the European Union. In any case, it is understood that,
if necessary, the Data Controller will be entitled to transfer the location of the servers in Italy
and/or the European Union and/or non-EU countries. In this case and with immediate effect,
the Data Controller assures that data transfer to non-EU countries shall take place in
compliance with the applicable legal provisions, stipulating, if necessary, agreements that
guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or implementing the standard contractual
clauses provided for by the European Commission.


7/ Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal
Purpose 2.A: Data provision is compulsory for processing the request received.
Purpose 2.B: Consent is optional but necessary if you wish to sign up for the service.


8/ Rights of the data subject
In your capacity as data subject, you have the right to obtain from the Data Controller
confirmation that the personal data concerning you are being processed or otherwise; in such
case, you have the right to obtain access to and information on the personal data concerning
you pursuant to art. 15.


9/ Method of exercising your rights
